Juzz wheel can do it , bukit merah lane. i think i saw their ads on exhaust wrapping to carbon fibre even wrap to colour like those rainbow type..

u could also get just the stickers itself... from 3m.. i heard aunty selling it for $30 sumthin per yard..

Well it depends on where you want to paste it on. It should be heat resistant since many are using on car hoods.
