No more cash payments at 2nd link

Singaporeans can expect smoother traffic flow at the Second Link when electronic toll payment is implemented at the Tanjung Kupang Toll Plaza.

 

From 10am, Sept 14 onwards, only electronic payments via Touch 'n Go cards (PLUSMiles or SmartTAGs) will be accepted. The toll plaza will not be accepting any cash payments.

 

Highway users are advised to purchase their PLUSMiles Touch 'n Go cards or top up their existing cards at the following locations:

PLUSMiles Touch 'n Go card sales and top-up Taman Perling Toll Plaza 7:30am - 7:30pm

PLUSMiles Touch 'n Go card sales only Touch 'n Go Card Selling Counter Gelang Patah RSA (M'sia -Bound) 3pm - 10pm

PLUSMiles Touch 'n Go card sales and top-up ESSO petrol station Gelang Patah RSA (S'pore-Bound) 24-hours

Top-up only Lima Kedai Toll Plaza (S'pore-Bound) 9am - 8pm

Top-up only Tanjung Kupang Toll Plaza (both directions) 24-hour Effective 14 September (Car & Motorcycle Lanes)

Top-up only Stall No. 1 Crystal House

Gelang Patah RSA (M'sia-bound) 7am - 12pm (Mon-Sat); 7.00am - 8pm (Sun)

Each way is RM1.60.

 

So, if you go into Malaysia and out again both via 2nd link, adding up you'll spend RM3.20

 

FYI: Going via Woodlands-Johor CIQ entry/exit is free of charge.
