dropped my r6.. need help!!

hey guys.. im riding r6'08. my bike juz dropped from staionary position. side stand forgot to kick.. haizz...the side mirror bracket which is connected to the chassis cracked.. do any of u guys haf any lobang on where cn i do my bike e cheapest or for a reasonable price.. i would really appreciate ur help guys.. n if anyone has any experience like this before.. i would really appreciate ur input.. thnx.. n can 06/07n windscreen fit an '08??

no.. the 06-07 model cant fit.. if the bracket is onli cracked u can try welding it

heh.. isit easy to take out e head fairing assembly n all? cos if wana take out e bracket i tink haf to take out almost evrytin in front..

no.. not easy.. u noe la.. thr r screws n fasteners all over the place.. gd luck

Bro, welding may not be the best option. Constant vibration will just crack it again. Why don't you check with FJT, Eversuccess, LAB or Hong Leong on the price of the bracket? If I'm not mistaken, such mirror brackets should not cost more than $50.

from what i checked from bikebandit..

the mirror stay costs USD222..

some parts are not cheap as you think it is..

 

you might wanna check with local agents, price wise.. should be abt the same in SGD..

 

the cheaper option is to weld it back..
