Advice needed for road incident

hi bros, i just need help to see what you guys think.

 

this morning at around 9.30am, i was riding from woodlands to yishun on gambas. i was at the cross junction at the end of gambas, going to enter yishun by turning right. i was on e 2nd turn-right lane, there was a white car on the 1st turn-right lane.

 

when we turned right, the car just came into my lane without signalling, so i horned at him. then the surprising part, instead of going back to his rightful 1st lane, he came right towards me n hit my side box. i was shocked, i didnt fall but i know he purposely hit me...

 

now my qn is i know his full license plate number. can i know whether i should take any action, like report to police or something? cause i dunno whether this bugger is going to do anything funny legally...

 

what i mean is for example, by banging onto me, he might have scratched e front side of his car, just afriad he might try to submit claims stating that i bang him when he was e one who bang me...

go and make police or tp report.

should not let ****ers like this loose.

or better, go take mc of more then 3 days, make police report then claim 3rd party insurance against the car.
