Hi guys,

The picture didn't turn out great. :cry: It was too dark to capture 14 bikes from a distance. :sorry: The pictures turned out too dark. I would hardly see my own bike. The size is also too big to post here. Does anyone know how to edit the picture to make them appear brighter. I'll email them to u and u can do ur best to edit them.

Anyway it was nice meeting so many new guys at the meeting. And I hope more will join us and the group will grow even bigger.:thumb:

So til our next meeting. And lets meet up during the morning for breakfast. Mandai Road with the lake as the background???? Then we can move to Sembawang Road for Roti Prata at my friend's stall. His worker makes wonderful pratas.

Take care. Ride fast but safe.

The food stall is at 33 Sembawang Road, just beside the old army camp(now pte apartments). We can meet up there for breakfast at 9am then go for a group photo session at Mandai Rd near the reservior (on the way to the Zoo). We can also take pic of ourself in action in some of the corners.:bouncefire:

This will be a brighter version of the pic. The lighting in KFC is too bright. Underexposed.

Machine price = $15,600

COE =$130

IU about $150(new)

Bike registration = Not sure

Insurance = $1800 First Party

Road tax = $300+ I think

Downpayment = I traded in my gsxr400 = $2000

Monthly instalment = $330 for 5 yrs

Interest => 4% per annum

how do bike shops calculate the installments?

do they :

1.) add evrythg up then minus e dwpment to get e total b4 dividing by e no of months

2.) divide e machine price only by the no of months?

bcos i think most shops use e 1st method but...the road tax, I.U, COE and insurance are only 1 time payment wat...how can they add those for the monthly installments?

Never give the devil a ride..cos he will always want to drive

Yes.

No.

It's like this. For eg. you don't want them to calculate the registration, road tax, IU, COE and insurance inside your monthly installments. :deal: You pay them cash for it. That will cost you around say, S$2000. Then the installment is calculated only on the machine price. Correct? :cool: Now, when you think about it isn't the S$2000 your downpayment? In short, you must make sure that your downpayment is enough to cover all the other items except the machine price. This way you will not be charged interest on your registration, road tax, IU, COE and insurance (some are a one time payment, others are renewed every 6 mths or 1 year). You following me so far? :? This applies to motorcycle which have very low COE (at the moment). For cars, sorry... Interest on everything.:faint: Eh, is this correct? o_O :lol:
