It may not be the case. When the FI blackbirds came out the carb models still retained their market price. Many people still prefer the carb models to the FI models.

Anyway, I intend to keep my Fazer for at another 4 yrs before getting a new bike. I'm sure alot of the rest of the Fazer riders will also agree with me.....

just a tot.. Anyone interested in a short run up to mersing or port dickson this sat, day trip??? come back within the same day, leave singapore about 7am... anyone???. I not working this sat, so wanna get out a bit... hehhe.. come on...

Alamak...I've to attend a course on Sat.... ...... in fact for another 6 Sat I've no freedom.... .... my job sucks big time..... can't ride on weekends also.....

5th April coming soon liao and we only have 3 names on the track session thingy.

If u are still thinking whether u wan to go or not, why dun u put yr name down first?

U know lah, Singaporeans are like this, see more people go then will go one.....So in the end, u see me, i see u , then no one can make it liao...

 

Its just a little trip to Pasir Gudang, u dun have to go down to the track if u dun wan....need someone to look after our stuff too

Just bring yr gear and u can decide at the track.

I meet a 04 Faze on my way home just now, grey bike, beautiful. But I think he mistaken me for trying to disturb him, I showed him a thumbs up but I tink he mistake it for a birdy. Damn, my full face, could smile at him.

had intended to get motovation sliders, but due to some manufacturer's error in dimemsions, the sliders are in fact short then their previous stocks, so I return the stuffs to Ian... if you wanna get, find Ian and compare to those on his bike before commmiting, ya..

 

I thin teh carbon thing for the engine are useless, fro looks onli.. get real engine guards, ya...

 

Mate. the carbon engine guard work concurrently with you slider. It aborsb quite ab bit of impact and protect you engine cases from abrasion damage.

 

It saved the cases on my friends old r1.

I think during one of the meet up, one of the guys actually told me that the cost for putting the carbon thing is almost that of changing the casing for the engine on the sides.. go figure which I would opt for.. ya....

 

Can the guy who told me this, I think botakcheh, verify this???

Yeap both side of the engine

covers' price only slight higher

than the carbon fibre armour...

Why not save up the money

to buy the orginal cover

if really kanna......
