sticker u can ask orange.. tink ah boy area there shld be selling.. the led of the meter is 3mm... if u wan.. tat one diy urself.. cos when u took out the needle part when u fix back in wrong place den not good liao..

thenz.. for led.. 3mm LED and 5mm Acrylic.. experiment it bah~ shld work fine...

 

huh need acrylic rod ah?i dn have oven toaster how to bend the rod and btw jus put two led at both end ah need to cut any where on between the rod and need resistor?then the wire tap to the one for the light inside the meter ah?gt other method?buy the stuff need how much?including the sticker for the meter?

there's even shop locations shared in the thread to get ready-made leds and all the materials needed

 

last time i dunoe.. i went to get all the leds and resistors and painstakingly soldered the circuit up myself

i m sure u shud have hands-on wad

 

no offence ..

but stop whining and start trying ..

how high can a bikes battery current be ? its not like if u get an electric shock from your bike batt you will die?

at most short.. change fuse .. or short your fuse temporarily lor

give it a try .. it wud be more satisfying

 

consider it a bonus tat shyorange was nice enough and bothered to help you out in your headlights "lazy-man" AE..

ya lohs.. so far my white angel eye both still same color.. cos i rarely on hehe..

 

if u really keen in doing angel eye.. maybe u can arrange for a diy session over here and see who wana do together wif u.. go to someone house wif the tools, rods, leds, etc.. then do it.. it's not a hard job to do.. the whole process + installation can be done within 4hrs.. give u 2hrs do the rod, 2hrs install.. haha

if wan angel eye the easy way out w/o the hassle, i got 3 ways:

 

- buy qiang's AE sp headlight (he got sp at the moment only)

- buy those cpu fan kind which they call it CCFL (refer to the 1st 2 page got pic)

- buy those LED strips that look like got rubber stud lidat @ SimLimTower(go measure the length of ur headlight diameter)

k bro i gt wat ur mean.anyway just to ask y my led change colour from white to purple like nt balance leh for my angel eyes.another thing is tat my meter is black and i heard i could just change the bulb inside to other colour to make effect to the meter.i also ask the shop next to hkl they say they make the meter board for $50 which is kinda of ex leh any1 knw where can get cheaper?
