Not sure if tis correct but heard bcos when riding, ur tires may pickup small stones, pebbles, mud and dirt and shoot out at the rider(face)/driver behind you possible may make the rider lose control (say visor got hit by mud) or crack the car screen/dirty screen bcos of mud and causing accident. Having fender behind will prevent that from happening.

as long got mudguard/hugger can aredi what.

Mudguard?...then wats the purpose of using a fender eliminator?...Hugger dont work like a mudguard does,it only protects the rear shock(mono shock bikes) from dirt kicked my the rear tire..still don't satisfy the white uniform man...

Yes, it is illegal. Just don't tilt your license plate too high, place in such a way where your number can clearly be seen from a distance.

Agree with you bro..btw more tip,if can, drill a small hole to mount a small red reflector.Kind of to trick the eyes of the white uniform man..

well, what xrage98 mentioned made sense.. then what about HID lights? more and more cars come factory fitted with HID, be it reflector kind or projector kind.

but if we fix aftermarket ones, its illegal.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

this is what a police/tp.. (cant remember) told me.

hugger can be considered as mudguard.

if u want it to work like the front mud guard u can always get a big hugger like on the honda rc212.
