hi guys, i heard its too ex to do grounding with shop bcoz their grounding kits are branded n ex..so i seek help of anyone can DIY grounding regarding this..thanx:thumb:

grounding will reduce the circuitry resistance....

 

in lay man terms because of bad connections due to age, corrosion , loosening of joints , dirt and grime in the connections the return path to the ground...sometimes encountered high resistance as a result of age...

this high resistance will results in higher energy consumption ..ie ur battery has to work over time..earlier failures can occur.

 

the grounding provides an alternative route ...thus overcoming the above..

it is best to ground high energy devices properly..in a bike the targetted device are:

the rectifier, cdi, coil, head lamp..etc.. a 5 point ground is the industry preferance.

if is HKS then yes, the brand will burn ur pocket. Car type of grounding kit is silver material with normally 3 capacitor, so can't really say is really ex.

But u can always look for 2nd hand VS like pivot blue/rasin etc.. re-sale price $50 above. only issue is u need to find a place to hide the box thing

hehe dun get mistaken, grounding kit = vs + 3~10 points grounding cables.

 

is so called to "extend" the shelf life of your battery, capacitors is so called to increase stablility and minimizing frequency exchange. I have it for pimping purpose, nothing else more
