it was a blast..

 

most technical and difficult i ever go through on TDM..

 

need to stiffen fork and springs.. a few time fork bottom out..

 

but it was AWESOME... alvin.. should join on KTM...

Here's the seat before. . . the bottem corners are torn and because of those cross stitchings, water seep thru and wet butt on 2nd day. . .

Another price update:

Did fork servicing/fork seal AND steering bearing/cone change at Teck Thye today, all oem parts, wallet lighter by $300. . . :cry: But now the front is nice n firm. . . heh heh firm. . .we all like them 'firm' don't we? :lol: Just to add, he quoted me abt $280 to service rear shock.

i also want to "sayang" my bike.. polish her until my wife gets jealous.. :angel:

 

but again i want to test TDM on different grounds.

 

1. good for daily ridre, enough torque and power, good fuel consumption

2. long trip proven reliable (been to MHS, GoldenTriangle)

3. offroad reliable (been to TM, Endau Rompin, Gelang Petah, Nusajaya)

4. still left to test for track (need to change track worthy tyre and find sometime on weekday)

I used to sayang my TDM...does'nt mean we whack offroad,bike will spoilt...

 

Give you example,i rode my TDM close to 5yrs,doin touring,offroad,daily transport.never polished,but the usual wash up.covered 90k km with it.never once missed a heartbeat.

Mainly for the new and expecting parents. Just a FYI, I'm selling off some baby equipment that I bought for chris that either we never use or that he doesn't like. I will be posting on some classified sites, but thought I'd give you guys a heads up to check it first:

 

1) Quinny Zapp stroller, Black. Used only a few times. Comes with convenient travel bag. About $300/350 New + $30 bag, selling for $250 total.

2) Maxi Cosi Priori XP Red Car seat. Used about 5 times, now wrapped in cling film. New Price $450, selling at $350.

3) Deuter Kid Comfort II child backpack. Bought for $352 (still have price tag on label), going for $300.

 

Lemme know if you're interested ok. Will put up on classified sites next week if no one want.

Hey bro. Nope, this is not his normal stroller. I bought this one because is easy to travel with, fold up really small, light and have carry bag. Also my sister in law had one in Scotland and was very useful. Unfortunately Chris just does not like it AT ALL! Soon as he is in it he want to get out!
