Plan to do a full coolent servicing which consists of flushing and change of hoses as I just take over this metal horse. Anybody done before and can advise me estimate cost of it?

Rule of thumb... Don't do anything to the cooling system unless something wrong. Sometimes a flush will do more damage than good. Just a coolant change and check the hoses will do. Same time perhaps check water pump.

Thomas bike was since brandnew. And TH most likely won't be selling his with all the work he has done on it.

It show signs of coolent slippage, stains of coolent. So might as well change hose incase of hardening. Hope can know est cost of flushing n hose change.

Hoses tend to crack after prolonged usage. Do check thoroughly where's the seepage. It could be the clamps instead.

Rubber hoses tends to harden and may burst due to high pressure when at high RPM, that's where my concern. So I like to know the estimate cost. Anybody serviced before can advise me? Tks!

Hi bro, recently have your adjust or do anything to your cooling system ?

Where's the leaks come from ?

A few of us suffer from warping of the thermostat plastic housing. Change the plastic housing will do. But a lot of work...

My coolant pump failed before too (near the front lower right)

If yes, check on the tightening cramp, it must be really really tight or else it will leak...

If non of the above, time to invest on a new coolant hose...

Cheerz !

Not too sure on the price tho. If you look at the service manual, there are quite a number of coolant hoses which may require some substantial disassembly so may add to the repair price. The hoses on mine have swelled somewhat too, I'm just waiting for an opportune time to get them changed.
