Try my best to put up a short description of the undertray which a few of our local Busarians are using. MO of the very first batch of locally moulded undertray was made a success with the help of Mr NA.

Generally, they are 02 types undertray design. The Short and Long.

Short ones usually come with nice Rear Custom Tail Lights like LED, signal integrated and such ... There is a need to chop off the stock battery compartment in order to integrate with the short aftermarket undertail and hold your battery in place.

As for the long one, it is a complete under section replacement that creates no holes in the midst section and comes with a battery compartment to hold your battery. The only thing you need to sacrifice is to chop off the licence plate light both on the stock tail light and cover.

Pics as shown below ...

But like wad quiz mention, rule of the thumb is tat any accidents tat occurred with someone kissing u from behind, its likely that the fella who kissed arse is at fault.

Yup I'm pretty sure I am not at fault... cuz my front tire is just behind the white stop line in front of the traffic light. That car simply can't stop in time. He probably saw me overtake him, not happy, try to accelerate and tailgate me, and fail to see the red light.

go to report police and tell them the situation.

keep that report as a precaution of lawyer letter flying to you.

that there is a car who bang into you and agree on no pursue...

do a jack up on ur tire and spin it to see if any alignment gone else check on the chain marking where the axis is to see if they are the same.

Noted. Will do the checks you mentioned. As for the police report, we already wrote a note and signed, with the agreement that we will not pursue the matter. And its more than 24hrs already... don't think the police give a d@mn abt bikers rite... :sian:

u noe, my bike up till date is abt 29k in mileage but i haven really done any throttle body sync or wadsoeva.

u guys did it to ur bike after hitting 12k?

same here 29k no throttle body syn. probably to much carbon build up fo them. there was once i did blast my bike for 3 months so the idling kept lowering and i keep adjusting .then i go thailand at gp i add motil fuel system cleaner. when i reach pagoh my idling rpm is 2k.

this shows that carbon buld up beri fast in city riding. the busa is not really meant to maintain for city riding for long periods.

there is a mo for undertray which is basically to remove your current mud flap for another one

by doing so as u can see from your current pillon seat, the storage space is confine by the spacing that is not accessable. after the swop to the aftermarket undertail, u will have more storage space min a full set of "OGK" rain coat + others stuff.

just imagine the whole tail u can put stuff inside.

i was told the cost of the under tail cost abt sgd150 without colour.

more details of the material of the undertray have to ask de mod as he is using it now.

pm me if you are interested. applies to the rest also.

Well, perhaps its true tat the driver might not be able to take u overtaking him, so he tried speeding up in the end, bumping into u.

hahaha wad makes u have the idea that the police dun give a damn abt bikers?

Hey guys,

Got a problem/worry here.... Just now when traveling along Serangoon Road, I encountered a red light and quickly brake to stop. When the bike almost came to a complete stop, a car bang me from behind~! Okie I was at fault too cuz I cut into his lane but there's definitely more than enough braking distance since we are all traveling at about 50km/h in the jam.

The lucky thing is that I did not drop my bike. After the car banged my bike from behind, my bike was still upright. So we pulled to the side to check for damages. Visually, there is nothing wrong with my bike. Apparently, the car hit my rear tire only. This would have put my mind at ease. The reason that caused me to get worried is the damage to the car. His number plate broke and fell off, and there was quite a deep dent to his front bumper.

Based on his damages, I am guessing that the knock was quite hard. Though visually, there seem to be nothing wrong with the bike, I am just wondering if:

1. Is there anything that I should be worried about? Maybe alignments or anything that might break from this kind of knock?

2. Will my rear tire or rim be damaged?

Note: We decided not to pursue the matter, so no insurance claims will be involved. I just want to make sure that my bike is in good working condition and nothing breaks.... that is not something I want to be worried about when the speedo reads 200km/h....

Will deeply appreciate all kind advices.... Damn worried now... :(

From what I red, it seems very unlikely your bike to have any problem at all. Do not worry for the bamper of the car, usually they are plastic and useless. They break or dent very easily. Relax...
