Hello can i roughly know frm u guys how the ins cost 4 busa 4 a 24yr old? And the rd tax 4 a year?

 

road tax 500/yr. ins depends on age of bike.

Also depends on whether you are getting a brand new bike or a used one. A used one is cheaper. I checked out the insurance price of an FT plate Honda Blackbird for my younger bro (24 years) and the price was approx $800 (TPFT). Quite cheap.

Yesterday when I went down to Speedway to pay my installment, I was told by the boss that there were 38 new Busas registered this month!

 

 

That's quite a number.. 38 in just the 1st half of july..

All 38 in speedway alone?

most of the riders have illegal mods... so they seldom ride out in singapore.. u will see if u go touring with them. and riding busa everyday will be quite costly: the tyres .. busa is not called a tyre eater for nothing. the petrol, the engine oil change. plus when u hit certain millage u need to do certain servicing etc.. all this adds up so if u have a small bike it save costs.. anyway singapore u cant go fast if u value yr licence.. so in singapore most ride the 2nd smaller bike.. :thumb:

:cheeky: just recce-ing around. Though I would prefer if he is to get either the STX/FJR or the K8 Busa. But, my mum will never pillion on a sports bike so STX/FJR will be the best bet :angel: . Imagine going touring with my mum... that would be great!!!

Just be prepared that it will never be as fast as a Falcon... :(

Not all 38 from Speedway, but whole of Singapore. Thats why I asking if there is anyway to verify that?

 

hayabusa the new super four.. one thing good about being common.. easier and cheaper to find spare parts .

 

True also... bad point would be everyone would be hunting for tyres! hehe... another thing is that the Busa used to be more exclusive, but now if its really true there are so many on the roads, one would have to do more to 'stand out' hehehe... people like me would just sit behind and see only.:angel:
