hey guys, i just wonder if the GPS speedometer is just a speedometer or does it come with those street directional maps that guides you through the city? :smile:

k k boy, dun get mixed up. the speedometer in GPS is juz a speedometer taking reference frm the sat. but the GPS requires a navigation software such as mapking or garmin to work. it is loaded with the map together with the gps, it allows to show u where is your location base on the map loaded via coordinate. it is the software which will guide u thru the city using the coordinate from gps.

 

is there any lag in GPS speed reading? :confused:

yes there is, that is why need to travel for a straight rd in nsh to confirm the speed difference. also using GPS, it will be accurate if there are more sat avaliable. however if i nv remember wrongly it will still have error.

klips,sp reali can go 160-190 leh..some mod one can even go 200 le..Phantom is 2stroke can also if 4 stroke what you say is true but 160 max liao.Do you ever see them play jack port when big bike are following behind them to paste d speed..just my 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.1 cent...:giddy:

even the stock meter using stock sprockets is not accurate at higher speeds. so u going to get the speedon healer also??? cos got friend tried with gps .. the speed on the meter is not correct. :giddy:

 

AIYO,just hold d throttle and try not to let go..click your timing frm 2nd link esso to kl esso.that is d most accurate speed..There is one word is d singer not d song..hahaha...:thumb:

BT 021 is the newer model which overtake the BT020. try it. it is nt bad imo.

On my previous Y125Z, I was going at 140kmh on PIE and cars are still overtaking me like nobody business. I go 120kmh past the speed cam also never flash. I guess its really true when some Kips/ SP riders claim that they took the BKE>>>KJE corner. The meter told them one. :cheeky:

I want to see leh... always hear people talking about playing jackpot but never see before... If the bikes can really go so fast, I think I want to trade in my Busa for a SP liao. :angel: Even when I go touring, I'm also travelling at about 160kmh... so I dun need a Busa. :thumb:

200kmh on that bend? Think his Busa meter spoil is it? I used to travel that stretch of road everyday for work, and during the best ever road condition, the fastest I went was about 130kmh... and when my tyres touch the metal strip... WOOOOOO!!!! My testicles move house to my throat and become neighbours with my adam's apple.
