have tried to speed of 250kmh. no prob with it. heard it wont really affect much. maybe just slightly as you have to remove the under wing. but that effect can only be felt above 300kmh. but the advantages the mainstand gives is more than able to compensate for that little con.

what advantages... many busa do not have main stand....

yes !!! and it makes teh bike looks so ugly.. a main stand on a sports bike.

might as well ask a ferrari to put luggage on the roof.

not must diff. if reli tok abt aerodynamic.... busa shd not fix the frame slider, headlite protector, bar end balancer. all this will build up wind drag

That is cheap considering the price stated on the Suzuki website.

Quite true and funny about the Ferrari comment but when the bike is on the main stand it will look more grand plus it will make cleaning/lubing the chain easier, IMO .
