Well... I dun think we would have problems if the HID endowed bike is in front... but when the HID endowed bike RIDER likes to follow the butt of other riders... then thats highly highly irritating.

Those with HID on their bikes better know the way... or I'd smash their HID into RIP. hehehe

Then u guys better whip Quize's a** to the front whenever he has his HID on.

Yep! Bac at about 1+. Caught in slight rain at one stretch of highway before Ayer Kerok

I was anticipating traffic and left Sepang at 16:30hrs, arrived JB wash bike at 19:00hrs. Road was fairly clear and traffic builded up just outside JB. I was lazy to frequent top-up my petrol and I almost run out of it on the way. Finally found a Petrol Kiosk and pumped 20.7ltrs. That means if that petrol kiosk was a few km away then sure I had to push the bike.

I beg to differ bro. There'r pros and cons on HID.

HID low beam with stock high beam

Pros:

-> Stay as lead bike to brighten up the front stretch of road for the rest of the convoy.

Cons:

-> Staying behind in the convoy will blind the riders in front of you.

Juz my .000001 cents worth. Heh...:cheeky:

ya loh

esp when u are the lead bike and behind u on the left got one black busa with HID and behind on the right got one 07 R1 with HID also

all the way to sadao no joke man!!!

Hey guys..

Been to a couple of motoshops today scouting for a brand new Busa for myself.. One of the shops have 3 '08 Busas coming in early November.. Am torn between the '08 and '07 model.. Here are the prices quoted:

'08 model - $24,000 (machine price only)

'07 model - $22,800 (all in)

With all the misc in, think the '08 model will hit $28,000++ about $5k more than the '07 model..

I'm still very much in love with the '07 and older model, first love... :p

You guys think the '08 model will push the '07 and before models price down? Is it still worth to invest in the older model?

Thanks for the input.. Cheers guys...

To be honest I'm selling mind and what I'm going to say, you might find it bias but I believe the price of 2nd hand Busa's will stay firm. After all old models are cleared from the shops then the price tag for new Hayabusa on the road will be abt S$27-28K. Having a K7 or K6 (second hand) at S$19-20 it will make sense (that's almost 70% of the K8). However as long as K7s are still available brand new then prices at S$19-20K for second hand are a bit steep.

Cheers

btw there are still brand new k6 ard. they are going ard 19-20k so by teh time new 08 arrives a brandnew 07 will cost less. now k7 going ard 23-24k. so its possible for a brandnew k7 to be ard 19-20k next year. the same case is happening to the R1s and gsxr1000
