most of use parked on the pathway at lavander and this TP car came and 2 TPs wrote down most/all of the bikes no. so one by one we get the present from TP: 70 dolllar fine

Just need your advise. My friend caught last night for Drink and Drive. The limit is 35microgrammes and he had 39microgrammes. I check the TP website and is only stated that, if you have more than 35mg then is demmed he/she is broken the law. I was wondering if it is worth it for him to engage a lawyer to try and avoid his licence to be revoked. as he was only 4mg above the limit.

 

Any opinion out there?

 

(Seriously is not me, is my friend get caught. I get caught for Drink and Drive back in 1991. Learn my lesson very well).

Ouch! It sems can no more go to LFC. If go sure the TP will be there. The problem is too many bikes EVERY Friday parked there. I'm sure the disco next door and the massage place are pissed. I do not really blame them. Fridays are the only days they can really make money.

aiyah you should ask me this question dude. seriously, tell you friend to save it. TP and the court look at drink driving as a very serious offence and no one is spared and no one will be let go lightly, unless you are someone very very influential. so if your friend ain't the kind where he is influential, ask him to save it, just go to the court and plead guilty.

This is exactly what I told him but yet again I asked to make sure my advise was correct. Honestly I do appluad TP of how serious they are on Drink and Driving. I caught before and kissed all my licences good buy, but I still appluad the TP.

I'm sorry to say this but TP would almost never bend the rules when it comes to drink driving... and I'm very happy about it. After losing a friend to a drunk ang moh many years back, I have absolutely no sympathy towards them. The Ang Moh that killed my friend? He was given the max fine and after paying it off, flew back to the land of football hooligans and never came back.

 

Your friend should save the lawyer fees and use it for public transport or more alcohol. (Sorry for being sarcastic, I can't help it) I have a colleague who was tested to have PASSED the blood alcohol level but yet have his license revoked. He told us as he was moving off the road block, his engine stalled.
