eh... Shifu, care to enlighten as to why only K3 onwards? what's the prob with previous models? i wish to know. please enlighten. thanks :bow:

 

cos the old model the clutch cover tends to crack easily.

that why there is this clutch cover mod.

 

anyway my 06 also got the mod. juz in "case"

nope, not all k3 are Limited edition

 

can someone tell me the FC per Litre for busa?

 

Like what AKG says, it's range is rather wide due to the roads u take and the way u ride.

 

Drag more at low gear and more traffic lights = lousy FC, lesser traffic like highway and change gear at lower rpm = better FC.

 

one of the model is call the mid nite black.

it is all black fairing and with black chasis.

consider as the limited edition.

Anyway not all K3 are limited edition, the limited edition ones comes with black chassis and i heard cost 2k more when bought first hand.

The FC ranges from 10km/l to as much as 24km/l. Honestly, it could be ANYWHERE in between, all depends on;

 

1. Condition of bike

2. Modifications done

3. Rider's riding style

4. Type of riding, ie, City/ highway/ High speed/ low speed/ track etc

5. Weight of rider/ pillion/ luggage

 

 

 

There used to be a LIMITED EDITION model that came in black chassis. Think its the 04 model. Then in 2007, ALL of them come in black liao.

 

 

Really wished that i could get 24km/l. :D

After u pump petrol at 2nd link, immediately travel for the next 40km not more than 60km/h and minimum stoppage. You should get 24km/l-24.5km/l :angel:

that will also do. but if it is not the same brand and model, it will not match up so nicely. every company puts in a considerable amount of R&D into their exhaust system. so get a set if you can. :smile: by the way, which model did you get? :)
