Hi Guys..

 

As advised, had adjusted my idling to around 1.1k to 1.2k.. The dying down problem when riding is ok now.. Doesnt die off anymore.. But the other Funny thingy occured..

 

When i close my throttle, my rpm will be stuck at 1500rpm for a while.. And when in netural gear, the RPM will go up to around 1500rpm by itself and come down to idling again..

 

Hmmm... Anyone encounter this??

Injector dirty?? Need to sync the throttle?? Anymore DIY session i can come learn??

 

i had the same thing too. ha. many of the master say it is normal .

yes.. but the problem is which map?. the maps u downloas are usually us based and will run too rich in singapore.. making yr fc worst. pc dont restrict yr power ..... a bad tune/map will.. :thumb:

currently for FC is 14.8L for 189km(around 12.9km/l)

Accessories:-

GPR Muffler(Silp-on)

Modded airbox

 

Average speed 80-140km/h

smooth ride and seldom play pickup.

Most ride in SG road.

Yes the FC is high.. normal busa shd get ard 16-17km/l the onli times when u get 10-12km/l range is when u are travelling at 250km/h and above or at high rpm 7k and above.

is your O2 sensor plugged in? :sian:

mine is Canadian Model year 2000

used to play trail over at loyang and pg wif my wr :thumb:

Normal ar?? Having been to the bike shop for this yet..

But yet another Funny thingy i realised for my ride..

When i clutch in while moving about 60 to 70 km/hr, the RPM will be at 2000 rpm until i slow down somemore, then the RPM drop to idling... Shouldnt it be at idling speed when i clutch in??

 

Is this also normal??

when was the last thim u change/wash yr air filter? :sian:

just done air filter service few days ago upon take bike.

that's an aftermarket air filter, K&N.

i will check again....

 

have one thing i notice,

the bike is un-smooth after fully warm-up when riding, delay respond below 5000RPM (sometime will fire come out from exhaust when close thorttle :faint: )
