Hi, guys

 

Just to share my personal experience with u'll (u'll might have know this from some where/ someone else).

 

There're few things u'll need to look out for when riding on the road...:

 

1) Taxi - They made a living by fetching people from one place to another, so

they will only looked out for "hands". They'll just jammed brake when

ever someone flag at them, ignoring what's behine them. (if you hit

them from behind, they'll be happy to claim you for their lost of

income!

 

 

2)Public Buses - They have problem seeing you, now even wrost as the gove-

nment are also protecting them ( see the label behind the

buses ?) They don't even brother to check blindspot and

turned out.

 

3)Branded car - Cars like Mecedece, BMW... etc, those people may be loaded

and think that "hit you so what, I'll get a lawyer and i'll be

fine!"

 

4)This the most dangerous....YOURSELF. Never over-estimate youself thinking

"no problem, i can brake in time" or " I'm too skillful to get into an accident"

This kills most of the rider on the road.

 

Note :Above mention does not apply to all drivers/riders, however, it is sad to sad that most of them are like this.

 

So guys, take good card when riding on the road, try not to stay behind or in the blindspot of these people. Remenber , you wrapped around metal, not the other way round and this is very ture.....

reading this thread does help me since i'm only 2 days after passing my 2b.

however, i was so pissed off with my colleague who cursed me saying as i'm going to ride a bike in the near future, i'll be easily hit by a car etc.

for taxis... they might do strange things

 

but the good thing is that they have alot of road experience, when you give way to them then they move in immediately, not like some cars that hang around beside wondering if they should move in or not, slowing down all 2 lanes and making you feel annoyed that you gave way to them in the first place
