I was at a junction and i turned left. As i was unfamiliar with the road, i realized i made a wrong turn and i made an illegal u turn after that. (There were no road dividers.)

 

I think a TP spotted me and he seem to look at my no. plate. I don't know whether he going to write it down anot. But he never stop me and take my particulars or anything?

 

Will i be charged?

Yes just see it out. If the letter doesn't come in a month then you should be quite safe. But to be on the safe side, 3 months would be a good bet.

You meant he saw you onli ahh,if i were the TP,i will go all the way make a damn u turn same as you, and summon you on the spot,to hit my quota,what i'm trying to say is bro , if he wants too he would have done it oready unless stationary with camera larrr.tat one can't contest cheers bro...

Oh god. Sigh . But how do you tell whether he is a tp on a bike? What's worse is I'm the subrider. My dad is the owner of the bike.he will be charged instead?

Just go to the EDDIS system and check for any offence.

Since u say no road divider i take it as single white line. Single white line is legal to u turn. No parking on both side of the road is for this purpose.

If single one line should be fine.. Not an offence to cross it... If summon come den it will go to ur dad... Unless u tell them its u...
