beat your eggs and add a lil bit of either cream or rich milk.

pan slightly oiled and heat till hot

pour your eggs, spread around the pan and turn down the heat

put your cheese slices on the egg while still moist then wrap

flip the wrapped egg a few rounds before serving.

use a nonstick frying pan (deep kind so that you can wrap easier)

Add ham slices too!!!

I also like to steam any fillet of white fish, with tomatoes, ginger strips, rice wine, carrot strips, sesame oil and some light soy sauce. Make sure the carrot strips get to soak up the juice/gavy and its heavenly with fluffy white & brown rice.

If you like food packed from home.

Do consider buying those glass tupperwares. Glass tupperwares can be used in a steamer and the microwave.

I used to steam rice in one tupperware, and steam a fish in another tupperware on the upper level of a electric rice cooker.

And when my ex is showering, I cool them down and blanch some veggies or stir fry some peppers to put onto the cooked rice.

Easy for him to simply bring them tupperwares to work and have his lunch/dinner. If he wants extra, he can always buy extra dishes at his work place to supplement his home packed lunch/dinner.

ya, everything's fun 'cept the washing part!:lol:

camping arh? orange egg, butter rice, mud chicken (wrap with alu 1st, mud dun sound tasty), maggie mee, canned food. at least these are the few i've tried before.. nowadays no more camping liaoz. in fact after army enuff liaoz.. :faint::lol:

I love cooking during camps.. during backwoodsman cooking, our food always have extra special ingredients such as sand, ants, HUGE ants and some other stuff. Then we'll eat them whole. The noodles always has a crunch to them! ( Thanks to the sand ).

1) Spaghetti

2) French Toast

3) Steamed egg with minced meat

4) Rice ( I always thought there was an art to make perfectly cooked rice, sadly, I haven't mastered the art. )

Hmmmmmmm...

OH AND, I remember once we were told to cook a chunk of chicken during backwoodsman cooking. We just threw the chicken into the mess tin and let it swim in light soya sauce and cooked it. LOL! Tasted so good..

And I learnt from previous BBQ experience.

Never marinate your chicken wings with honey. It makes your BBQ chicken crispy black on the outside and still raw in the insides.

Use sugar dissolved into water make into syrup first then marinate your chicken wings.

And only after you bbq the chicken, then brush on honey for the flavour.

Lots of recipes on the internet.

Come on.....try a few recipes till you find the one you really like.

We are all willing to test taste your attempts. :D

Tried 2 times... both failed attempts.... due to not having the right baking cups... Procedure is simple and ingredients are not a lot. Just have to get the right apparatus. Fun though!

Here's a cheaters way.

Get chocolate muffin or cupcake.

Pipe the chocolate sauces straight into the centre of the muffin/cup cake.

Microwave a few seconds just so to make it warm and serve.
