Nope.. I've seen a dyno chart on both stock factory and R model in sg.. According to mengtong(sporting) its about 5hp diff..

APRC shuld have the same hp with factory?

no PC.. unlock race ecu like me and then piggy bag with the Bazzaz. It's also a tuning module. But much better. Tried it on other bikes first and works much better den PC. That's y i was asking any of you guys intertesed in getting the Bazzaz. maybe you can read up about it den you will know what i mean. =)

anyone looking to order the Bazzaz Z-fi, Z-QS, FI-TC, A-AFM, switch?? I'm selling them as a package or as stand alone. Do Pm for Price and details. All are brand new items. I'll be ordering the Bazzaz again for my rsv4 as it works like a charm on my previous bike. I can help you set the A-AFM and teach you to use it. Although my knowledge can only scratch the surface, I got a very good air fuel ratio set up for track and road use on my R6. The fun part is we can trial and error to fun the best AFR for this bike together!

Cheers

Hi Slize, are you using custom maps for your previous R6,if so where can you tune your Bazzaz on a dynometer in singapore?

I'm keen to explore Bazzaz but was wondering if there were expertise/facilities in sg to tune or optimize it for my bike....

Please help me understand how does its TC works.i don't see it using front/rear wheel speed sensors/target wheels, quite puzzled how does the ECU detect the front /rear wheel are spinning at different speed..losing traction and kicks in ignition advance retardation...

thanks in advance bro! good choice and i know your V4 will ride like a gem too!

Still wondering???

Or Bazzaz maybe makes use of the existing revolution sensor (at rear wheel meant for vehicle speed measurement) to detect a pre-defined sudden rate of change of wheel speed spin........????

does Bazzaz TC connects to this sensor?

It's fantastic! U'll never dream that a bike can give u approximately 8km/L.. Haha..

Bro.. I guess none of us here bought this ride to save petrol.. There are more to this monster that u can forgo the F/C part..

haha of coz bro who doesnt! .. mayb a hard break im? hehehe*evillaugh*

Hi guys, how is the fuel consumption for RSV4R?? gonna be a deciding factor if i'm getting one or not. Thanks

wah hard to say lei... any sportbike is not f/c friendly .. if f/c is is ur important factor, then better not get this bike. we will be honest to u, this boike f/c is a thirsty monster due to its devastating power!! satisfacti0n guaranteed.

Ok bro I'm going to bring in bazzaz for my rsv4 so I cannot jump the gun and give you a accurate answer on that. But on my R6 I tune up 2 maps, with the bazzaz autotune. I was getting 210km on my pc5 on a custom map ran on dyno. After I put in the bazzaz on my road map which I made more Econ. I was getting between 230-240km. Which was by riding easy. I was still reving the bike up. And the bike wasn't having a lack of power.

For my track map I tuned up a more powerful mapping and I was getting 170-180km.

I am confident your f/c will improve a fair bit. You can wait for my reviews when I have already tested it out on the rsv4. Or we can try it out together.

Other things u can do to slightly improve ur f/c if you are on a full system, firstly the road map eats a hell load of petrol when cruising on express ways. So I just stick to track map. Unlock ur race ecu, change to bmc race filter, block off ur air box plates with the block off plates. This helps a little bit. Other dem that you need to tune up the bike.

Hi Slize, are you using custom maps for your previous R6,if so where can you tune your Bazzaz on a dynometer in singapore?

I'm keen to explore Bazzaz but was wondering if there were expertise/facilities in sg to tune or optimize it for my bike....

Ok bro sorry for the late reply, firstly I'm not claiming to be an expert. My knowledge is only scratching the surface, but I do read up and experiment on my bike, so I just give u my honest reviews and knowledge.

Ok I prefer to use the bazzaz autotune, the difference between this autotune and pc5 autotune is that the bazzaz autotune can built a custom map from scratch. And to be honest it works like a charm. To dyno the bazzaz is ex. $350. I alway suggest might as well get the autotune then you can play around with the air fuel ratio. if u feel it's not to you liking you can always re-adjust and go for a few rides. I can share with you how to set and play around with it. As the good thing is that it is real time conditions, not simulated. And that's the fun part getting it to ur riding style and liking. It stores 2 maps so you can set 1 more Econ mapping and 1 more track orientated mapping. I'm getting the bazzaz and autotune and not intending to go for a dyno. As I tested it myself and the performance on my R6 was good! You can also adjust the quick shift kill time and traction levels. So for me personally I do not see a need to dyno it. I have built up the fuel curve using ms excel.

Ok abit on the traction, to make it AMA legal it doesn't run on real wheel sensors. It's connected to your ignition coils, and the bazzaz is tested R&D on the track for every different bike model, so the bazzaz you buy for this bike is specifically for this bike. The traction works when there's a spike in your rpm but the ecu is not reading it correctly at the gear and speed the spike in rpm is not normal, it'll cut power to your ignition coil to prevent high sides. There are used in AMA races you can check it out. This is as far tech knowledge as I know.

But it works. I have tested it on my previous bike at track. The good thing is that it is not interfering with your riding as it is not noticeable to you. But at the apex when u are opening your throttle more and more but the bike is maintaining the speed and the rear wheel is not sliding too much.

The traction is adjustable so for faster riders the traction level can be set lower cos some prefer to have abit of rear wheel action. It's works as a safely precaution incase you over pump your throttle in the corner.

I'm bringing in these products so you can pm me if you are keen to order. I'll pass you my Webpage and face book. If you wNt to order it in with me I'm going to order it in may. Of not you can akwAys wait for when I have the product and come meet up and see my humble bike.

Btw one last thing af1 and Austin are selling the carbon fiber parts pretty ex. I'm bringing them in much cheaper this I can assure you. Do arrange to meet me after I have got the parts in and I'll also post pictures of the cf parts on my bike. Come and see if the quality is up to ur standard then you can place An order from me if you like it. Reasonable price and good quality is a good deal in my book.

Zillion Thks for sharing your rich experiences ,Slize.

Sounds like similar implementation on the former 08 ZX10R KIMS. In conclusion: To detect rear wheelspin by reading the sudden peak (rate of change) in rpm via the VR sensor reading crankwheel (mechanical relationship of rear wheel spinning speed an VR snesor>>crankwheel to transmission(gearbox),Gearbox to front sproket, sproket to Chain, Chain to rear sproket and rear sproket to rear wheel....)and other parameters like TPS,gear position (gearbox), vehicle speed..etc to judge bike's current drive state/rider's demand

KIMS details on traction control below:
