Exhibition/Forum For Non-Motorcyclists

I have had enough with the stupid ads put up by TPs portraying us as numbers. A lot of misconceptions seem to be painted by mainstream media and other a$$holes (eg. 70km/h speed).

 

Would it be a good idea that we organise an exhibition or something to tell OUR side of the story? It will then balance the image of a motorcyclists in the public.

i don't really know the rules with regards to a public display

but you'd prolly need to get a police permit of sorts

and that would be one of the hurdles to cross

 

then how many bikers dare speak up amongst a lot of other things...

 

don't get me wrong,

i support this, but will require some people with lots of clout to pull it off...

how about setting up an association of motorbikers? wouldn't that be a better idea?

 

more people, more power. need person with balls to do so though.

a forum is one off. i think it is more practical. Assoc of Motorbikers need to go through ROS, which might be more difficult since big E is coming.

 

i think in the forum here, we have Lawyers, Engineers and who knows, a Minister among us? if only we can pool this resource. i think getting a speaker from TP will also help the cause.

 

still thinking about the content of the forum though. anyone has any ideas?

but with a forum, you get annoymous talk cockers arguing and stuff.

have yet to hear any minister that are riding motorbikes..
