Hi guys,

I have used Pilot Road 2 before, great in the wet/dry.

How about Pilot Power 2CT performance in the wet?

Any skidding/sliding/aquaplaning around? especially over the slippery white lines?

Braking wise?

Will appreciate if those who used PP 2CT to share their feedback on this tyre.

thanks!

Slow down abit, smell the air and enjoy the scenery.

Caught the touring bug once again!

Previous tyre PR2CT: Great in the wet and good in the dry. Milage was around 20K km before changing. Front treads wore off pretty early compared to rear. Will slide on slippery white lines as well

Current tyre PP2CT: Same as PR2CT in the wet i guess since i never push harder than necessary when wet. Very big difference in the dry. Super lean performance and confidence. Tyre very sticky even when cold, heats up faster. Tyre profile sharper so can lean in quicker than PR2CT. Milage now around 3K km and counting but can see middle section wearing quicker than PR2CT at 3K km. Noticeable.

Braking wise and dry performance PP2CT gets my vote, even if it means changing more often. Bike only has 2 wheels as contact point. Both wheels handle aqua planing well as compared to dulop alphas.

Using 120/70/17 and 180/55/17 at 34/36psi.

Hope this helps :)
