i only know that wearing helmet would spoil rebonded hair... not sure abt perm hair... but i think riding would make hair ends dry which is very damaging for rebonded/ perm hair... try applying serum b4 u wear?

last time i rebonded my hair i took abt 1 week then go n wear helmet.

 

but perm hair i not very sure.

 

as for the hair ends....i ususally tie 2 parts....so that the ends wun get entangled.
