im taking 2b soon... along the way i need any of your guys help on some advice to me that might be useful...

Where do U intend to take your 2B, If U are taking at SSDC, I may be of asistance. For 2w riding, U would need balancing skills. Before U start your lesson, get more information about riding from the books or even from "Youtube".

Always ride safely and defensively.

SSDC is a great place to pick up 2B. Friendly, careful instructors who care about helping you develop good riding habits. And they're not as anal on punctuality as other DCs. They don't like lateness, but unlike some other schools, they won't bar you from a lesson just cos you got caught in a jam.

I'm currently on lesson 4, and I'm stuck cos the earliest TP test date is 34 days from now! Remember to clear your Riding Theory Test ASAP. Dun kena stuck like me now. Hope to see you there soon!

I was like that when I first started riding - always keep drifting within the lane.

Try to practise your steering precision on empty big roads like the KJE during off peak hours. You will be able to 'aim' your bike to only travel in first 1 lane, 1/2 lane and then 1/4 of the lane, eventually.

If you can ride on the lane dividers by instinct, you're a pro. Of course, please don't ride on the lane dividers in normal circumstances...

Most important: RELAX. You can't steer a bike using only conscious thought.
