Okay so i have decided to trade in my kr150 for something more economical and comfortable . Basically i am looking for something comfortable and convenient , whereby the engine won't stall and the bike won't have any problem starting on a normal day . I've had terrible experiences with starting my Kr on rainy days, the problem have gotten so bad that i actually stopped taking my kr to work just because i am afraid i have to dial a tolltruck again!

My friends told me if i want a problem-less bike with good fuel economy and good comfort , i should get a spark . But i definitely like the look of the Lx150 and the reviews seem pretty good .

So here's my question friendly people , if i am looking for reliability and convenience for my day-to-day transport to work , should i get the Lx150 or the spark ? Or do most people get the vespa because it looks nice and for no other reason .

Cheers!

Hey,

just to share my opinions.. Most ppl take the vespa not for the performance, more to the looks department ( if ppl can appreciate ), like they said, " its not just a scooter, its a lifestyle ".

Automatic vespas might be more comfortable as its a scooter, more to relax riding, but im riding a manual one for 3 months now and have had no major problems. But automatic bikes means much more expensive servicing.. You can drop by the modern vespa's thread to get more answers.

If its just transport, i would just get the spark or just ride the kr... its definitely cheaper..

I used to have problems starting my kr during rainy days too, even with the choke on. But my problems were not as serious as yours as mine will eventually start in less than 5 mins. :cheeky:

The lx150 is definately more expensive than spark, so if you're not into looks you should go for the sparks instead.
