Hi i'm riding an RD125 and this bike doesnt have a fuel indicator. May i know what options are there in D-I-Ying/buying an indicator? Have asked AGL workshop but he say no such thing as making an own indicator tho.

I've thought about possibly a float buoy in the tank but my technical knowledge is very poor.

So difficult to guage your petrol consumption meh?

Reset trip meter, pump full tank.

Ride around till you happy. Repump full tank.

Take Distance/Amount of petrol pumped = ur milage per litre.

Then if you want, mileage per litre*size of tank (inclusive of reserve) = how much you can travel before you run out of petrol.

Well it's not but i'd prefer an indicator so i wont go thru the hassle of remembering numbers and est how much mileage i'm left with. Also due to my mileage meter being unable to reset and speedo broken. So i guess this project is a no-go. It would be wasting too much money on a bike that's prolly gonna be in a scrapyard 2-3years later. I'll think i'll bear it for this year and save up my money for 2A/2 :) Thx for ur constructive comments guys!

ok. tell u what. ride till u got no petrol. den switch to reserve tank. den u know u need to pump. if u still dun want. best advice change a proper bike. buying a fuel indicator for this bike is a bad investment
