how to call overseas number ??

guys, i need to know how to a overseas number. is it key the country code 1st ?? example U.K. is +44 but is there a differene if i don't dial the + sign?

after country code then jus key in the number ?? so means i jus dial example 44 1234 567 899.

 

i dialling from singapore as i need to contact him as he willcome singapore.

Yes you need to dial tyhe country code before the region code (of any) and finally the number.

 

The '+' that you see in front of the country code actually represents 001. 001 denotes making overseas call. It's quite expensive. You can explore other options, some examples would be Singtel's 019 and Starhub's 018.
