Scooter Model with Side storage

I'm a real newbie in terms of scooter.

 

Just saw a fairly new (FBB plate) scooter on the road today with side storage boxes. Color is grayish in color, 2 tone.

 

It looks like a cross between scooter and tourer!

 

Frankly, I do not know the make and model. Any bros here can advice?

I believe that should be Liberty or Beverly by piaggio.
