them from UK via internet. but now, with Alvin around, such stuff are much more easier

to get (and also, US is having this model too so u'll be seeing customised parts from that

part of the world)

 

my fuel consumption: 18 -19km/l travel mainly expressway

Hey go Bikelab.. 1122 serangoon road , just the stretch on GHC. Look for Joshua. Servicing your fork there better. Say Alvin ( Motovation ) intro. Normal servicing $145. I did mine liao .. POWER!!!!!!! So does Andrew aka VerR.....

If Oil Leak is from Gasket.

They just have to Up the Cylinder Heads to Replace the Gasket.

 

Think Gasket do not cost too much.

But a bit of labour to replace.

 

Have to lah...

Looks Like The Normal Items are Similar to the S4.

So Regular Maintainance should be reasonable.

Hack... U mean K & N filter is a custom fit for Hornet.

& Mod for S4 cost less...

 

How is the Perf of The K & N FIlter...

It can be wash & Reuse right? (with oil...)

K&N filter for S4 comes with an additional pipe at the end which Hornet stock doesn't. So basically, the bike shop need to saw off the pipe and it can be used in Hornet. K&N is washable, with a cleaning solution and oil, which need to purchase the cleaning kit. For performance, the amt of air intake is increased due to the wider gap between the filter. At the same time, the sould will also increased.

 

Will be going down to K&T tis sat for tuning (guess my tuning is off) and fix up the windscreen and rear box with new paint. Btw, the neighhood shop does provide spray painting (2K paint) at a reasonable price. Windscreen ~$20 and box ~ 40 (including removal of scratches)

Different variation.

Lee Motors.

 

Look for Chua.

(Say u heard about it from the Red Hornet)

2 of our Yellow Hornets brought their bikes at this shop.

 

Boon Siew Don't bring in Bike. (Parallel Import)

Only Hornet 600.

 

Normally takes 2 mth after u order bike.
