just got back from JB topup with Forza.

Can u believe, i got a hard time trying to open

the bike seat???

 

Luckily the lady officer at Custom didnt ask to check.

Or else would have been 1 big hassle... :sian:

seat. Yr insurance and cord is still safe in side.

 

Must have been 1 rushed sale for u!(he,he,he)

m going over to the East to send my daughter....

mind letting me have a look? i wouldn't mind travelling up

Correction! Smokin' stays near your area.....that is Bt Batok - opposite BBDC.

If I'm not wrong his side panniers look something like this...

my racks are from givi. but the boxes are different from the pics shown. i'm using e36 as side boxes. the racks are from chiap lee and i got my boxes 2nd hand.

not very sure if they have the racks for 250.

my bike with side boxes is shown below.

the one in the pic shown is e41 keyless system, very exp.

forza, last nite myself, paul, tweety, adik and ah kok were at 2nd link petronas. ah kok(FJR1300) said he saw u at esso. i was waiting at petronas but didn't see u.

Smokin', we arrived at GP ESSO 'bout 0041 hrs and left at 'bout 0235 hrs. Saw few bunch of bikers when we passed Petronas on our way back to SG. If we knew that you guyz were there, we would hv drop by, man.......buy VitaMilk or Ali Cafe........

The E36 is a classis box, not too large nor too small, just nice swee-swee.

 

 

May i ask how much did chiap lee charge u for the bracket?

is chiap lee the same as the lavender 219 shop?

 

 

 

btw, just came back from EverSuccess to buy some spares for the bike.

Plugs $8

Oil filter $13

Clutch cable $16.50

Rubber step for front foot rest $6.50

KNN cleaning kit $19

 

If any1 wants to DIY cleaning their KNN filter,

feel free to give me a buzz.

i don't know if they have any bracket/wingrack fitting your bike. 219/chiap lee and one more along jln besar are same.

cl charged me 230 for the side rack. top rack/bracket/box and crash bars comes free with bike. my opinion on the side boxes are that they are a bit too wide/big for local roads. ok when on tour. they are practically of no use to me on local road. top box is more than enuff.
