1. How's the FC for the bike?

2. Pros and Cons?

3. Anything i should take note after buying, eg. upgrading brakes or anything?

Hi all,

I would like to send in my bike for a servicing of the carburator and perhaps a radiator/cooler 'flushing'.

Any idea where i can have it fix at a good price(advise on the price if you have done it before) and .. how long it takes.

I would like to have it done tomorrow if possible.

hmm ive done it @ bikeworkz , carb wash about 80, and coolant i think 20 bucks bro.

 

hornet 250's carbs takes alot of work to pull out, so most charge standard price of 20 per carb

hey bro kuro, the exhaust i took out the baffle to c whether fc improve not, its slightly louder than stock but bassy.hehe.. anyway how ur tail light look like? i thinking of changin my signal lights and the licence plate holder to those slim type as i find the stock ones bulky.

I may consider having a total 'clean up' on the engine as well since there are much work needed to wash the carburator... perhaps .. can get a good price somewhere.. any idea?

my front tire is avon and rear is pirelli dragon corsa i think. hehe.

how much is the qualifiers??

signal lights are just right beside the brake light. i dunno where can do but can DIY?? open seat and see see? lol

dunno leh.. previous owner should have take out the handle and fibre the holes.. the header? i dunno.. comes with it.. think the older versions got stainless steel or something.. my hse here also got 1 FW hornet.. got black colour header.

Nope i think the older model have yours new one dont have. The secret of the baffle will stay wif me la bro than next time at least your bike can fetch higer value casue have specially add on. In any case steel braid hose dont make braking better but rather it helps from brake fade from over heat. So tat your brake perform consistanly all the time.

i dont mind u keeping the secret but how much would it cost me to ask for a favor for you to do my exhausts?

my twin exhausts needs new notes. hehe

got a pretty good deal at bikeworkz, 370 for front and back, cheaper than the sportec M1's (380), (which is discontinued) but next tyre i going to try 016, hope price drops by then.

 

qualifiers are great stuff, super sticky.

by the way i saw an H250 at a shop along upper serangoon road, one of the smaller shops near MAH, looks nice , has the newer 2 tone paintwork of black and silver.
