From Bali to Nusa Dua you will hit a T junction. There some huge independence statue there - right takes you to Nusa Dua.

Turn left and keep looking to your right. There is a shop dealing with big bikes and you should be able to rent one there as well.

 

Alternatively ask the bike renters on Kuta - Im sure they will point you in the right direction.

 

Wear a helmet - the police will fine you if you dont have it, and make sure you have an IDP, the police will also ask you for it.
