How to DIY seat??

hi guys. I'm own a ta200 (phantom thin fork)

 

gt tired of my super hard seat will like to re-make it into solo seats. Something like Softail Cross bones seats. (harley davidson) and the back seat is just a regular rack and a attachable rear seat for easy removing
