Anyone can give an absolute answer to why there is a flatspot at the midrange ?

Due to ram-air inefficiency ? Or due to the cat in the Y pipe ? I have heard from

a friend(ex 05R1 rider) that installing factory-pro v-stack , M4 full system* , PC3 & BMC airfilters can help smoothen the power dip ... Not sure how true it is but I can

only say that his ex-bike is really fast !!!

 

 

*not neccessary must be M4 , the bike also fitted with hi-comp gasket.

Bro, my bike no high comp gasket leh.. Lol.. But changing of the header definately overcome the flat-spot in the 5-7Rpm. Maybe my rear spocket up 2 teeth helps in pulling away better bah..
