Bro, I think I saw you last night at 2nd link Petronas with your GF? You were on the Pink R1 07/08 with Carbon-Fibre Arrow Exhaust?

 

Your ride isn't difficult to spot-on especially with the bling bling Pink bodyworks.

 

If I recall correctly, there's another Pink R1 07/08 with Carbon-Fibre M4 exhaust at Jurong West Extension, which I've seen parking there quite often too... *EDITED* Wait a sec, dun tell me that was your ride? Saw u selling ur M4 pipes?

i understand that there is a limit to the air pressure that the tyres can take.

I have been pumping the tyres beyond the recommended specs and so far i am happy with the fun that i am getting without forgetting the safety factor. I have check and research on the limit of the pressure that the tyres can take and know that they are still within the safety range (as i have been pumping the same psi for a few years)

thats what i thought so until on last sunday, i saw another pink R1, 08 model also but totally stock bike at bedok blk 85 market

there could be a few factors that your bike keep jumping, making it hard for u to flick your bike during cornering .... tyre pressure not correct which is usually under pressure, steering cones need to change, fork suspension out ( could be fork leaking, setting out, internal needs to be service ) or rear suspension need to service or reset.

 

If u are heavier than us that usually means u need to pump more

for a start, maybe u can check with the cheaper ones like the tyre pressure. Try pumping 260 front, 300 rear and try out first. Dont worry the tyres wont explode as believe me, i pump much more than that

 

if this doesnt work, trying feeling the front/rear suspension. That means when u corner, do u feel the wobbling factor coming more from the front or the rear? when going over humps, does the rear feel hard and uncomfortable? When stationary, brake in hard and try pumping your front forks. Do they feel soft or hard?

 

During stopping, do u get this wierd unstable feeling from your front when almost stopping? Do u feel that your handle is a bit difficult to control or requires more effort to turn?

er i would love to but cannot .... reason being is the insurance issue .... cannot play with the law nowadays as they are toooooooo strict
