Didn't expect the fuel comsuption to be that high thou.....Yes I have loss abit on the low end and torque....but on high rmp the bike is really fast...it reads 170hp on the rear wheel izzit consider high or normal? Please advise

 

Is EITHER you wan the power or you wan it to be better fuel consumption.

 

Can you control the bike if you have 170 hp rear?

Problem is we riders alway wan more horse power, more torque but can we control it on the track or even on street.

it's not about whether someone can or cannot handle the bike. we must respect bro gixxer75, he is just asking questions on his mods. it's up to him or up to anyone who wishes to mod their ride any way they wish if they can afford it and it makes them feel great about their ride. so bro gixxer75... no hard feelings yea. anyways, i think u shud be able to get higher than 170 bro...cos some bros i've met they got 170 with just fs, pc3, ingition md, vstacks, but no race cams. tho, 170 is sweet nonetheless for fuel comsumption, i think it's not so bad in comparison to ur mods. cheers`

Thanks for the advise bro red rose.....I felt that the shop did not do a good job at tuning the bike I was actually expecting more.....when the bike is in neutrel gear and u rev and hold the trottle up above rpm 4500 u can hear a slight tic tic sound especially when u did engine brakes at only second gear..... bro red rose do you have any frens who install high cams n face the same problem as mine.....Please advise... thank you

Mine stock is 158 with PC N full system is 165 now with high cams it read 170 on dyno.

Jus now was browsing thru a magazine name fastbikes at a mag store. It stated that Stock.09 cbr 1000rr does a 182bhp. Was jus wondering....

 

Aniwae, im quite f-ed up rite now. I order a mid pipe which remove my stock

ehaust cat frm ebay. Arrive todae n got it intalled. Now my bike sound like a mini 2 wheeled lambo. Kinda regret but theres no turning back as it involve chopping of the exhaust.

Usually 600cc hovers around the 110bhp region for stock..

 

Why remove ur cat?? Like that you bike will be running too lean since there's no PC to tune the A/F Ratio...
