Guys... Just a simple question regarding R1 01 model...

 

When temperature hit 104c the fan will switch on... Then when i off my engine but left the switch n the fan on, the fan still continue to spin.

 

But why when the fan spin when the engine is off, the temperature still remain the same n hardly go down?

engine temp won't drop izzit?? pour water lo. better with alot of ice, result is guaranteed.:cheeky:

no nothin happen.... I just happen to feel curious bout the fan thing as my Gixxer 750cc last time the fan can bring the temperature down very fast... Just wan to know if Yamaha is made in this way is it?

 

N wat 3 min? I don time myself for warmin up leh.. I go off when my temperature hits 50c

But must also see what air filter u using now. If stock just use stock first. If u intend to change to aftermarket ones best is do it together when u got your slip on and pc3.

 

tuning price will have to check with the shop that u intend to do tuning with, but for the best air/fuel mixture, u MUST use a dyno machine. Overall, tuning takes about 2-3 hours .... :smile:

what's a slip on and what's a pc3?? and hor... this bike shop ask me to remove my catalyst.... say got 2 in my exhaust and wanna charge me $280 for removing them

 

 

how will it help, and is it advisable to remove them??

The slip on he means end-can.... As there r 2 kinds of end-can fitments... Slip on and Bolt on..

 

pc3 is call power comander 3. It is a component which stores yr inlet outlet settings and so on...

 

N aboutv the catalyst i not sure if will be caught by TP ant.. But i think is abit ex..
