i tink there is no chance for WD40 to mix wif the petrol in ur fuel tank cos u just have to spray onto a cloth then wipe off the rust. the WD40 will dry up eventually. :cheer:

for best results, apply a thin layer of grease. grease is made up of mainly paraffin. it will protect metal surface against rust. WD 40 doesnt last,

mine, 200 hit reserve. reserve can go for another 60~70 (travelling at 110 non stop)

U still running in? guess your mileage is alright. cos running in period the petrol consumption will be alittle high.

i always watch at home.. Pay monthly abit wasted if never watch at home..

I'm a cantankerous lugubrious weirdo. Enraptured by stone walls. Demented by love. Disparaged by my own soul. Besieged by languor. Suffered from acute distress triggered by terminal boredom and elucidation of rhodonderons and deciduous seedlings. Searched for serenity amidst the chaos but failed miserably.

so even if the petrol mixes with it together, no prb at all?

u mean the edges of the hole? i think its normal to have some rust there. because the only contact point is the rubber seal of the fuel cap and not the petrol. thats also the reason why its a good habbit to top up your tank when u seldom use the bike. to minimise rusting to the petrol tank.
