A Africa Twin replica? & they name it Africa Queen.

In Singapore, they make the Africa Twin to look like GS.

In Germany (am I right?), they custom built the GS to look like Africa Twin.

u can use other brand, like totalfinaelf, think about $3++ per litre @ carrefour.

suggest not necessary to flush of engine oil, unless you are doing a total switch, tt's fm mineral oil to syn oil, if you switch to syn oil now, then just do an oil change at 3000km interval including oil filter for a total of 9000km, guess tt should be able to get rid of left over mineral oil inside. just for your info, mixing mineral oil with syn oil will not damage yr engine, mineral oil will just mess up the syn oil molecules causing the syn oil to lost it's actual function.

remember, never, never, never add addictive into the engine, syn oil usually comes with very superior addictives and makers usually will ensure tt it will not damage seals, I tried adding slick 50 before, don't feel anything special, and guess it harden the gaskets (or so coincidence tt gaskets life span were due for replacement, i am not sure too) and causes my bike to "lao U", read in the internet to discover that some addictives will damage gaskets/seals.

y not wait for the Cyclop's friend to bring in "AMERICA MAGIC OIL", PL, GSGADES & I are all waiting.

Eh...... why do you wanna flush your engine?? If you top up the oil reguarly, then normal oil change will do. Unless you suspect that there's something wrong with the one in your engine.

If you have mineral oil inside your engine now and you wanna change to syn, then I would recommend flushing. I read that mixing of mineral and syn will result in a mixture that's worse then either, and the mineral portion will "sludge" and sink. So if thats your situation, then just flush with the one that you're gonna replace with.

As to how it should be done, I don't think there is a "proper" method of doin it, just a question of how thorough it can be. I would just drain out as much of the original oil as possible and top up with a liter of the replacement and run the engine for a while, say 5~10mins, keeping tabs on the engine temp. Then drain that stuff out and fill up again, change the oil filter, and I'm good to go. Residual will be thinned out with subsequent oil top up and replacement.
