TT depends, if goes by market value, this is how insurance company calculate when I posed the same question to them as they said they will compensate according to market value, that is, basis on annual depreciation from original bike purchase price, says S$33k (for yrs), then per annual depreciation should be S$3.3k, 7yrs old bike = S$33K less S$3.3k x 7 = S$9.9K.

Basis above calculation and mine is 10yrs old, from next year onwards, if some1 is to set fire or steal my bike (mine insurance covers is 3rd Party - Fire & Theft), I guess I have to pay the insurance company money. :weep:

As for SDR worth S$10K, I think some1 is just trying his luck if any idiot around, ever saw a sign at a Garun Guni shop along Duxton Road saying : "Some Idiot discard it, Some Idiot collect it".

Following is a very well kept SDR in Japan, If this Jap is to sell his at $10K, I think it is worth it, as his effort & money spend on restoration is much more than $10k.

Just look at the 2 x Brake Fluid reservoir & 4 x Signal lights, they cost S$1k.

no, with good biz ethic, undercut is not a solution for biz to progress, we are only killing each other and benefiting the outsiders to take advantage on us. Undercut will damper the spirit of the company's employees, making them feel that their value have been threatened and thus further deteriorate the Singapore economy as a whole, I will not and never will to undercut ....

sorry, just talk cork only, I am not ready to sell mine and I will just wish him :goodluck: in his sales.

Not surprise, they don't hv this 2005 model & the replica as well. Should understand their difficulties, took them almost 1yrs plus to get rid of the 11S with full accessories, don't think they dare to bring in any.
