Just wish to share the experience with everyone here about this trip...hehehe. Fun-filled but great experience.

Technical issues

I'm not so much of an off-road/trail rider because I'm not exposed to this sort of riding. Trying out this trail is tiring even though I was riding a much smaller 400cc scrambler with road tyres. (Would have been better with knobbies i guess). Although it was much easier to handle than the bigger machines, it was still physically demanding, esp when u start dropping bikes on gravel slopes when u are already half dehydrated. Imagine lifting a fallen elephant. Geeesh...

Team Spirit

Despite getting all sweaty and hot and half shrivelled from lack of H20, we still managed to take care of each other, looking out for each other, cracking silly jokes when we are in the middle of nowhere in the wilderness. hahahha. I'm really surprised with the amount of positive drive and coorperation to find that bloody waterfall... hahah.... and what... 1 or 2 of us just kinda met each other only! No one panicked, no one made noise when things doesnt seem to look good. Instead we tried to solve the problem. Great stuff....

On the Flipside

This Breakfast ride's breakfast was served at 3pm in the afternoon. LOL

SDR,

Maybe we can arrange one day get everyone to meet and we get the pics from u. ehhehe.

Excited to see the pics....

We really saw THAI-GER on this trip..... http://www.maximumbikes.com/forums/images/smilies/nt.gif

Camera setting was wrong... we look quite blue...kekeke...

I will burnt them into CD and pass to the riders... really a nice and adventurous trip, will I go again... think yes but hopefully not on this bike.

I really hv to salute to the 2 R11S, RT and FZ1 riders, none of them fall except me and .... kekekeke, I fell twice :weep: and on the slope my bike was moving sideway, just like doing parallel parking... really wonder how the R11S, RT and FZ1 managed, guess skill counts... :weep:

And most wonderful of all, we really need each other to move the bikes and parked the bikes, just reminds me of the days in army.

Unlike travelling on tarmac where we just speed to the destination and gather. No feeling of brotherhood at all.

Kekekeke, GSGABES, next time your backside itchy, use hand to scratch and dont drag us into sh*t, ok... just kidding lah, really fun and unforgettable experience... :cheeky:

Thankfully, the GPS didn't give us any trouble... actually abit inaccurate as it can only tell 30m diameter of our actual position and think we cannot believe what's on the net he sound like the waterfall is just a stone throw away from Kluang paveroad...

We also didn't expect scary upslopes, downslopes and a big wild cat crossing the path...

Next trip, we will hv breakfast before we move off... kekekeke. That's the smartest move Mr Sugar made...

TheStar MY - Letter to The Editor

No speed limit for superbikes?

I WAS on my way back to Kuala Lumpur from Ipoh on March 5.

There is a speed limit of 110kph on the highway, so I kept to it.

I noticed, however, that there were many large motorcycles zooming past at speeds of at least 160 or 180kph!

These riders seemed to think they are above the law to ride at such insane speeds.

I hope the authorities do something about this.

Guess typo error here, should be 260 to 320km/hr... :cheeky: and wonder how he knew that they were at 160 or 180kph if he kept to 110km/hr

Just like some who don't use torque wrenches because they have calibrated elbows, I guess this chap probably has calibrated eyeballs o_O ....kekekeke

Anyway, speed is relative and the "holier than thou" attitude will always be there http://www.advrider.com/forums/images/smilies/lol8.gif

I wonder what he'll say when he comes arcoss a couple of 200+km/h 1800cc smoking christmas trees
