With all the upcoming trips, think i'll share some tips with u guys.....

Honda riding tips

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Taken from a 1962 Honda Motor Cycle Instruction Book.

Translated by Honda for the American Motorcycle Rider.

The following rules for motorists are so successful in Japan, that American motorcycle riders might profitably paste them in their hats.

1. At the rise of the hand by Policeman, stop rapidly. Do not pass him by or otherwise disrespect him.

2. When a passenger of the foot, hooves in sight, tootel the horn trumpet melodiously at first. If he still obstacles your passage, tootel him with vigor and express by word of mouth, warning Hi, Hi.

3. Beware of the wandering horse that he shall not take fright as you pass him. Do not explode the exhaust box at him. Go soothingly by.

4. Give big space to the festive dog that makes sport in roadway. Avoid entanglement of dog with wheel spokes.

5. Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon. Press the brake foot as you roll around the corners, and save the collapse and tie up.

Gabes definition of beef:

http://growabrain.typepad.com/growabrain/images/Beef.gif

Variation - food = ala Beefcake

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Beefcake is a slang word for erotic images or realistic photos of any well-muscled, well-built man. The photographs are usually of shirtless men. Beefcake is often used to denote male sexual attractiveness stemming from physical build, but is also used by women and men interested in bodybuilding and weight training.

Where is Tasik Kenyir

What can you find there

Remis Rakit

Lanchang Waterfall

Easy half hour trek. Best for swimming, nature water massage, photography and enjoy the flora.

‘Y’ waterfall

Hard one hour trek. So named because of the Y formation the water makes as it cascades. This is a great place for photography as one will experience various flora and fauna on the trek in. Once there, you will be rewarede with a great swim to cool down.

Bongsu waterfall

Two hours of hard trekking. This is for the adventurous, but well worth the trip. Once there, you can spend the rest of the afternoon there.

Tapir waterfall

Three hours easy trekking. The trek seems long but you will see a couple of other waterfalls along the way. Great place for nature lovers as you will be right in the heart of the jungle. The soothing sound of the waterfall will greet you when you near.

Bear waterfall

Three hours of easy trekking. You visit this waterfall along the way to Tapir waterfall.

Tambat waterfall

Twenty-minutes boat ride. Once there, the ‘moonscape’ terrain found there will enchant you. At the very far end of the system is a 60-foot waterfall cascading into a big lagoon. A wonderful place for a swim and a picnic. Photographers will enjoy this.

Mini waterfall/ Rainbow falls

Fifteen minutes boat ride/short trek (5mins.). Perfect watershower for small parties. Bring along Shampoo !

Sungai Pertuang (Crystal Clear River)

One of the main rivers of Lake Kenyir. Best for fishing, boating, swimming.

Where can we stay

So for the " Waterfall Siow " addicts, the question is: " Is 3 Days sufficient ?? http://www.advrider.com/forums/images/smilies/ne_nau.gif "

IMHO,

3 Days 2 nights is pure riding with very little time for exploring of the lake which includes, trekking, Waterfall Soaking, Rafting, nature watching, relaxing, fooding.....

4 Days 3 Nights will enable to at least give some time to look see look see ard.
