HDB electronic parking charge double

Just kanna this today at the HDB carpark opposite Nex. After exiting then found out the system charged me twice. Anyone kanna this before?

 

FYI my bike is using the slim IU with a cashcard.

It's not Nex - it's the HDB carpark opp. Nex around Blk 333.

what day/time enter and what day/time exit?

if you entered before 2230 and exit after 2230.

it is 65 cents + another 65 cents.

Think I make a wrong step. The first step I should do is to check my cashcard transaction. From there I will be able to confirm whether or not I go deducted correctly.

 

Btw, HDB push this problem to their "service provider", and they say no double deduction. Now I'm going online to see if I can get my transaction history there.

u can go to those nets cash card top up machine and print your recent transactions there too

i kena twice before. at hougang mall open space carpark. park there at 5pm exit at 1030pm, kena $1.30. my dad park for less than 1 hour there also kena $1.30 on the same day
