Hi guys

Here in Europe we have Isotta Srl screens for our joymax bikes.

They are tall enough to replace the original one.

The taller windshield from Isotta srl that fits Joymax/GTS has these dimensions:

Also they have fitting instructions how to mount on the bike:

Euronetbike.net is authorized by Isotta to sell and ship almost everywhere in the world.

Hope this helps.

Cheers from Austria

Haiyo. Why is it that they wanna put the signal indicator on the mirrors?? If mirror breaks, it's gonna be an expensive repair.

These days, mirrors aren't just mirrors.... Haha. For cars too, signal light, puddle lamps, blind spot sensors, what have you.

=(

Yes, GPR Exhaust for SYM are legal. I have one fitted. Just for your info - do consider the extra costs and time to do so: 1. Ensure the shop provides you with the original certification from GPR Italy, and that it is stamped. 2. After installing, you have a maximum of 3 days to get yourself to VICOM to have your vehicle and exhaust inspected. You also need to produce the afore-mentioned certificate. 3. I can't remember how much it cost me, more than hundred bucks i think, and one week for LTA/TP to review your installation before giving approval. 4. When approved, LTA/TP will issue you a letter. 5. In the future, your yearly vehicle inspection, you need to bring this letter along (which is bloody dumb. All of these should have been recorded in their computer system, unfortunately their systems are not synchronized - so u need to bring your letter there every year. What if you lose the letter? And after many years, letter turn yellow and crumpled...).

Anyone here interested to explore the nature parks of Johor? Endau Rompin, Mt Ophir, Gunung Pulai, Gunung Belumut, ..quite a number of interesting parks. Route is interesting - mix of highway, town roads, and dirt roads (nothing technical; our maxi-scooters can do it). Soak in waterfalls, and enjoy greenery and hills.

anyone knows where I can buy replacement battery (charged) for SYM GTS 200? My battery just died on me. Thinking of buying a replacement which is charged and drive to bike shop to have it looked at. Where's a good place to service/check SYM bikes in the east? Just found out that future motoring has moved to the west... now duno where to go...

Try TaiHin@ First East Centre at Kaki Bukit. They have started bringing in spare parts for taiwanese scoots direct from Taiwan, to compete with the distributors here, who have been monopolizing on prices all these while....

After many positive comments and value infor from SBF, finally decide on GTS 200. Was still comparing between Joyride and GTS initially. Getting my ride tomorrow. Hopefully all turns out well. Been 10 years since I last rode. Worry later once hit the road then "gan jiong" liao. Haha.

BIGGER TOURING WINDSCREEN

Does any bro here have experience with aftermarket windscreens for their GTS? What about the Isotta screen that was advertised on this forum earlier?

I find that the OEM screen, channels the wind directly on to the top half of my helmet. On long rides and high speeds, i get a stiff neck.

Any bro here has experience please share, and also what brand you using, where you bought, and how much? ...so far, none of the bike shops I checked in Singapore has such aftermarket screens.

Thanks!

Hi, I would like to ask the following questions;

What's the usual maintanence for scooters, normal chain driven bikes are eo, chain lubes etc.

and what's the average cost of a visit to the bikeshop?

What are the things to look out for when riding a maxi, Intending on a GTS200. if it's good enough.

And last one, whats the roughy fuel consumption for GTS 200 or EVO200?

Edited by HimQQ

Road hogger @ 50km/h on 4th lane

A bike can go up till 200km/h, can the rider go up till 200km/h o_O

seriously guyz, im intending to change to scooter also. but the problem is, GTS 200 or EVO200!??!!!!

And bottomline, i come down to fuel consumption and tank.

GTS 200: 12 l times (average fuel consumption) = ??? (i need to know) 1 tank can go how far.

EVO 200: 7.6 l times (average fuel consumption) = ??? ( also need to know 1 tank can go how far)

Then other pros and cons. im down within this 2. and fuel consumption if a tie breaker.
