Good Day Guyzzzz....

Aikon my suggestion is to change your entire socket just as Simon says..if u try to slot in some metal things...it might work but another thing is u have to becareful not to trip ur fuse coz by adding something that is pertruding out with no EARTHING is dangerous... What i mean by quantity is the mechanic can quote us the price if we order 1 or 2 pcs...but if we order alot...then can get cheaper...by the way....QUALITY TYPE===ORIGINAL HONDA VARA AIR FILTER :thumb:

indy,

wat is the initial clearance fr the handle to the windscreen??

cos my clearance now is very little, think mayb abt 3mm..... :sian:

Well before the installation of the hand guards, i had approximately 1cm from the windscreen and the handlebar. Let the mech see what he can do for you...maybe re-adjust your handle baar by by moving it forward or maybe even shifting the certain things (brake reservoir and the like) on your handle bar. The reason why i think you only have so little cleareance could be due to your aftermarket handlebar and windscreen. One more thing is the mech could also tilt the hand guards. :bounce:

Hey Neo dude...Nice seeing you here :cheer: I paid a $150 for the handguard which included installation. But it also included rebleeding my front brakes. I reckon you could get it cheaper still. The total original price was $155 with installation ($120 Rally Pro handguard/$35 spoiler).

As for weather protection it is only 50/50. It doesn't cover the entire hand, the top part especially, unlike the GS versions and the like. It is a hefty price to pay for this. My recommendations on this is mixed.

Anyways i'll tell you more when i see you this saturday. I can even show you the advantages and the pitfalls of my handguard.

By the way i hope you get your headlight fixed up. Can't wait to see what it is gonna look like. Man, your Monster is turning into a MONSTER and now maybe with hand guards even...hahaha

Yah. Just make sure you don't travel diagonally behind Neo's Monster... His monster will pick up a fist size rock from the road and throw at you one...:giddy:

Like that time hor, Neo?

Alas, thats gonna have to wait till the weekend, cos I really have no time to do it right now.

I think motoworld and Ah boy, got a few kinds of saddlebags to choose from.

I remember i saw one at motoworld, where it's made of m/cycle jacket material, so i presume it's water proof. Anyway check it out....
