hey vara bros,

i think we better contact motoworld, if this really persists we better start looking at other shops to get our accessories. others in the lists are biketech, m-tecknik n dirtwheels.

anyway the mainstand is ready for viewing at m-tecknik though i havent been there yet kinda busy. now trying to save for great singapore sale need to buy some clothes for myself.

so when are u guys free next sat how me free lah. or arrange on a weekday night go jb lah. makan n pump petrol. long time never see u guys too.

anyway wat time u kena caught i was going to go to jurong west via pie on vesak day i was going to pass there around 2230hrs. lucky didnt go cos me fren had other plans.

bros,

just now asked my fren how long did he took to wait b4 his order of an R1 tank bra arrives. he told me he got to wait 2-3 months!! lucky i paid downpayment already. if not i go find other supplier already

i tink nex time round we should try other shops to make our order of accessories.

Yeah, to add to your bad experiences and lack of customer service at Motorworld.... I ordered my windshield for my bike, then when i called in to ask when roughly can i get, u noe wat they actually told me? The guy on the other line said, "Friend, you ordered not too long ago what, how fast u want it..." It goes something like that. I was so fed up, I actually told him that all i wanted to know is when roughly can I get it, to give me an approximate timing...and then i was told about 40 days like that...thats really slack man... To think that previously when i service my bike the old man apek was quite nice... and one of the boss quite helpful too, Kenji, considering that he is my old skool mate... but now seems like their service really deteriorating...see lah what success can do to ppl... they have gd business already, they act big, when in fact we were the ones who make them wat they are today. Without us customers, they will be no sh*t... If situation gets worse, maybe wat we can do is to boycott them...and share all our bad experiences with other fellow bikers...see if they can survive...hahahaha :bouncefire:

My bike had been performing well in terms of engine power after the servicing at Sanfu. Like their customer service. Very Friendly and willing to answer ur queries.

u recommend i go there or not for full servicing?

Up to individual whether u want to give them a try.

Nice people there. Frank and honest advice from them.

Drop by and get a quote from them.

I think I will give it a try, as not many shop know how to service our vara... our tuning very sensitive one... Maybe on the pay day, pay them a visit... by the way... what tire do you guys recommend.... I think I will ask Sawah from Sanfu on that...

LTC, maybe you can give us more info on your bike now... mine damn weak after the agent's service.... from good to worst... now my cold start becomes very bad and the acceleration becomes worst... moving very slow... even slower than a wave125... I confirm will go down there for service..

At first, still wanted to try BS... but don't know they will chop me like crazy or not...

Hiaz... my poor vara baby...

Like I said after the carb wash and tuning, my bike is more powerful when I bought it few months back second hand.

Simone told me that BS will only tune and not wash the carbs as they afraid to spoil the settings.

For tires, I'm not using stock tires. I changed the set to road tires. Dunlop ArrowMax. GT501 I think. So far so good. Except the front tire side wall cracking cos old stock. Will be going back to the shop I bought from to settle the problem.

From wat I know Sanfu doesn't charge labour. But 6 pm maybe a lot of people.

Sanfu will charge labour if the job is very time consuming only. Smaller things no. Take note that they will even let you bring your own motoroil or parts down and help you change, usually at no charge!

The parts you get from them will often not be the cheapest as they carry the originals or higher quality accessories - that is why they can give you a 10 day warranty after servicing.

Good luck with your problem! :thumb:
