6ofitall n visual, since i cant make it dis wkend to install the horn, i guess u guys go ahead without me. aniwae, y'day i went to motoworld w simone n wild-i... the stebel magnum 2 was very tempting n guess wat, dis afternoon i went there again to install mine, hahah!! berry berry loud! now i felt like i'm driving a truck instead of a vara

my Vara125 is Red in colour...with an XR's red hand guard.. my tire a bit wierd lah....MAH motor screwed me up lah...my front tire is Metz Laser...My rear tire is Metz Sahara3.. but Metz Sahara3 look more fierce.... hehehe.......so when ever you spot a Vara with different tire and a Dakar sticker under my licence plate,,, thats me lah...

 

my riding expereince...emmm 2001--till now... so far this Vara is my third bike...

my first bike is KTM200...then i changed to WR200..then...i changed to Vara125..

Downgrade lah...

 

 

wah.. i so talkative huh...btw..i am looking forward to any malaysia riding trips with you guys...cause i always rides alone... :sian:

i saw haeikal there too, collecting his tank bra. he told me dat some days back he went for a short trip to kl with his vara, ALONE!! power sey! maybe we can organise a road trip to kl, with haeikal being the leader of the pack. seriously, wat do you guys think? aniwae, long time we never meet also ah...

Hi guys, I'm back. Long time never come in and come in also to see any of you guys in or not.... Well, Niti.. where got power... me used to be a lone rider.... since the day I'm a rider... only thing is that when you are riding alone... you will not think of any other matters... like whether the guys following you or not... I'm just another typical ppl lah... when really on the road... speed is my priority... I believe that those who has followed me before... noticed that... for me... very simple lah... 1st gear wracked to 30~40km/h.... 2nd gear going to 50~60 km/h... 3rd gear... terrorist 70~80km/h... 4th gear.. bomber starts... going 90km/h... then last dun need to say.... going from 120km/h onwards.... that's me lah....

 

And going to KL, also last minute thingy... nothing to do... so go for a nite out.... but remember guys... must wear something thick as the chills can really kill, if you are wearing just a t-shirt... also with a good glove to keep you warm... as for me.. I'm using a Harley gloves... nice and can keep u warm on your fingers....

 

Maybe next round when suddenly I feel like going again... will contact you guys....

 

By the way... simone, niti and wildi... any intention of getting the tank bag... very useful is doing long distance travelling....

HEHE any one know a guys riding a vara125 with a penquin nose infront... I mean the front guard that was used by AT750??? Does look a bit funny on our vara... but he got many stickers... around his bike.... must be a new & young rider.... young and aggressive.... (((My advice to this guy is ride safely... Life is more precious...)))

wow u got a red vara. wanted to spray mine to red too. i think ive seen ur bike before have u been to sentosa with ur bike n tried to park near the psa carpark. also saw it near west coast with a lady pillion.

 

anyway went down to mah with me fren cos he wanted to buy a vara. thanks to niti, heikal n 6ofitall for answering my calls. esp to 6ofitall for giving me directions to lee motors

Niti, how come you never waited for us man...you ah, so excited and eager huh to get?? I understand its 40 at motorworld right?? Guess what, I went to MotorX just now...guess how much it costs?? Only 17 bucks man...But too bad, now no stock, the girl Dawn ask me to call tomorrow see how....so now anyone interested to get a Stebel Magnum 2 horn for $17?? Installation have to do it by ourself..either go bike shop do it, DIY or get Neo's assistance...if a lot ppl interested maybe can do Mass order... cheaper like that.

hello guys...its me again Dakar...well ...talking about the Vara 125 with the penguin nose in front...emmm.. i think i saw his bike and its black in colour rite...ya lah...looks a bit funny lah... won't the fender be bouncing up and down if there is a hump.???

 

i have rode to Ayer Keroh..Bandar Hilir Melacca with my Vara alone...(actually with my girlfriend lah..pillion lah...) the trip was very tiring.. i stop exit before air hitam...then pagoh...yhen all the way till bandar hilir...we went there just to take picture of the red church which is very famous in malacca then eat and go back to singapore... but travelling alone was a bit scary when you come to think of it as u reach home safely..Well N-S highway is not that very safe also..i heard lah..

GP Esso to Malacca is about 350km.. full tank can reach..no need to top up..

 

maybe we can organise the trip to Port Dickson..or Cherating Beach...a good getaway...

 

ok lah...btw...you guys have any idea where to get Pirelli Scorpion Tyres and whats the cost of that tire (one set)....I go to Looi's Motor to view the tyre on a brand new Vara125 grey in colour...WOW!!..the tyre look very tempting lah..

 

Btw the way...an answer to Niti's ques.. i stay in Kallang.. :thumb:
